The BRC food safety program is the global standard for technical protocols among food suppliers. Their comprehensive food safety audits evaluate companies at all levels, from receiving to processing and packaging. Audits cover seven categories with intentional overlap to ensure thorough oversight. While Mariani has always prioritized the safety and quality of its products, undergoing regular BRC audits demonstrates our unwavering commitment to meeting the highest standards to our customers. These responsibilities are carefully coordinated, with team members communicating across departments and operations.
Numerous steps are taken to prevent cross-contamination and control allergens; no peanuts are processed in our facilities.
