Edamame & Walnut Hummus

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup shelled edamame

  • ½ a medium avocado

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tablespoon tahini

  • ⅓ cup Mariani Walnuts

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves

  • Salt, to taste


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.  Taste and adjust salt as needed.

  2. Serve with crackers, pita, or fresh veggies!
