Edamame & Walnut Hummus
INGREDIENTS
1 cup shelled edamame
½ a medium avocado
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon tahini
⅓ cup Mariani Walnuts
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons water
¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
Salt, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust salt as needed.
Serve with crackers, pita, or fresh veggies!
