Fig, Goat Cheese, and Almond Flatbread
INGREDIENTS
1 pizza crust, homemade or store-bought
3 tablespoons fig jam
1 shallot, sliced
8 dried figs, roughly chopped
2 oz goat cheese, crumbled
⅓ cup arugula
¼ cup Mariani Sliced Almonds
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out into a 9-inch circle. Spread a thin layer of fig jam on the dough, and sprinkle on the sliced shallot.
Bake the flatbread for 15 minutes, then let it cool for 3 minutes.
Top the flatbread with the dried figs, goat cheese, arugula, and sliced almonds
