Fig, Goat Cheese, and Almond Flatbread
 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pizza crust, homemade or store-bought

  • 3 tablespoons fig jam

  • 1 shallot, sliced

  • 8 dried figs, roughly chopped

  • 2 oz goat cheese, crumbled

  • ⅓ cup arugula

  • ¼ cup Mariani Sliced Almonds


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out into a 9-inch circle. Spread a thin layer of fig jam on the dough, and sprinkle on the sliced shallot.

  3. Bake the flatbread for 15 minutes, then let it cool for 3 minutes.

  4. Top the flatbread with the dried figs, goat cheese, arugula, and sliced almonds
