Almond Joy Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
1 cup old-fashioned oats
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup milk or milk alternative
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
3 tablespoons Mariani Sliced Almonds
Optional: extra almonds, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Divide the oats among 2 serving bowls, add toppings of choice, and serve.
