Almond Pesto Flatbread
 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 fully cooked pizza crust (can be store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 ½ cups basil, packed

  • ½ cup Mariani Almonds

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 ball burrata cheese, torn

  • 3-4 slices prosciutto


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add the basil, almonds, parmesan, garlic, olive oil, and salt to a food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Spread the pesto over the pizza crust. Top with torn burrata and prosciutto slices.
