Almond Pesto Flatbread
INGREDIENTS
1 fully cooked pizza crust (can be store-bought or homemade)
2 ½ cups basil, packed
½ cup Mariani Almonds
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic
½ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 ball burrata cheese, torn
3-4 slices prosciutto
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the basil, almonds, parmesan, garlic, olive oil, and salt to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Spread the pesto over the pizza crust. Top with torn burrata and prosciutto slices.
