Tofu & Green Bean Stir Fry
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 block (12 oz.) firm tofu, cut into 2” cubes
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
12 oz. green beans
⅓ cup Mariani Sliced Almonds
2 tablespoons chili crisp
Optional: 2 teaspoon sesame seeds, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the vegetable oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu to the skillet. Cook the tofu for 2 minutes on one side, until slightly golden and crispy. Flip and cook for 2 minutes on the other side. Remove the tofu from the skillet.
Add the garlic to the skillet and saute for 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar and mix until combined.
Add the tofu and green beans to the skillet. Sauté for 5-8 minutes, until the green beans are slightly soft and the tofu and green beans are all coated in sauce. Remove from heat.
Add the almonds to a separate skillet over medium-low heat. Stir over heat for 3 minutes, until lightly toasted.
Transfer the stir fry to a serving dish. Top with almonds, chili crips, and sesame seeds.
